The platform operates purely as a facilitator and intermediary. We do not directly organize, conduct, manage, or operate any safari, wildlife tour, transport service, or accommodation.

2. Nature of Services Listed

  • Nature excursions and sightseeing services
  • Travel-related experiences offered by independent partners

All services are listed, priced, and delivered exclusively by registered partners.

3. Pricing Responsibility

All prices displayed on Get Your Jungle Trip are decided solely by the partners.

  • The platform does not fix or regulate prices
  • Prices may include permits, vehicles, guides, taxes, or other inclusions as defined by the partner
  • Partners are responsible for pricing accuracy and legal compliance

4. How We Earn (Commission Model)

Get Your Jungle Trip earns revenue strictly through a commission-based model. We do not charge customers separately unless clearly disclosed during booking.

Commission Structure

  • Commission Range: 5% to 20% per successful booking
  • Commission varies based on destination, service category, and booking volume
  • Commission is agreed upon with partners during onboarding

  • Partner Listed Price: ₹10,000
  • Platform Commission (20%): ₹2,000
  • Amount Payable to Partner: ₹8,000

5. Payment Processing & Flow

Payments made by customers are processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as PayU Money.

  • Customer completes online payment on the platform
  • Payment is processed securely via the gateway
  • Platform deducts applicable commission
  • Remaining amount is settled with the partner as per agreed schedule

6. Role Limitation & Disclaimer

  • Get Your Jungle Trip is not a tour operator or safari provider
  • We do not issue forest permits or entry passes
  • We do not own or manage vehicles or guides
  • All operational responsibility lies with partners

7. No Government or Forest Department Affiliation

Get Your Jungle Trip is a privately operated digital platform and:

  • Has no Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with any National Park
  • Has no agreement with Forest Departments
  • Is not a government-authorized booking office

8. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes

  • Cancellation and refund policies are defined by individual partners
  • Platform commission may be non-refundable once booking is confirmed
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method
  • The platform may assist in dispute resolution but is not liable for service execution

9. Compliance & Transparency
