Maintain valid licences or permits where required.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Deliver services as described.
Maintain appropriate standards of customer service and safety.
Honour confirmed bookings or promptly notify customers of any changes.
Operators remain solely responsible for the operation of their tours.
Payments may be collected by Get Your Jungle Trip or by the tour operator, depending on the booking.
Prices displayed on the Platform are provided by the operator and may include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Bookings requiring advance payment are confirmed only after successful payment.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the cancellation policy displayed on the relevant tour listing.
Where a confirmed service is not provided due to the operator’s failure, we will investigate the matter and assist in providing an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.

Accidents or injuries occurring during a tour.
Property loss or damage during a tour.

Government restrictions.
National park closures.
Weather conditions.
Vehicle breakdowns.
Delays beyond our reasonable control.
Force majeure events, including natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Tour operators remain responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any images, videos, or other content they upload.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.
