Partner Payout Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy explains when and how registered partners receive payments for bookings made through the Get Your Jungle Trip platform.

2. Platform Role

Get Your Jungle Trip operates as an online marketplace platform. We do not provide safari services directly. All services are delivered by independent third-party partners.

3. Payment Collection

  • Customers make payments online through secure payment gateways such as PayU Money
  • Payments are collected on behalf of the partner
  • The platform deducts its agreed commission

4. When Partners Get Paid

Standard Payout Timeline:
Partners receive their payout within 27 to 30 working days after the service is successfully completed or booking is confirmed, as per the agreed payout cycle.

Payout Conditions

  • Service must be successfully delivered
  • No unresolved customer dispute
  • No refund or cancellation request pending
  • Partner KYC and bank details must be verified

5. Advance or Partial Payouts

In certain cases, advance or partial payouts may be provided to partners based on:

  • Partner performance history
  • Volume of bookings
  • Specific agreement between the platform and partner

Advance payouts are not guaranteed and are subject to internal review.

6. Payout Method

  • Direct bank transfer to partner’s registered bank account
  • UPI transfer (where applicable)
  • Payouts are made only to verified accounts

7. Commission Deduction

Before payout, the platform deducts its commission as per the agreed rate (typically 5% to 15%).

Example

  • Booking Amount: ₹10,000
  • Platform Commission (10%): ₹1,000
  • Partner Payout: ₹9,000

8. Delayed or Withheld Payouts

Payouts may be delayed or withheld in the following cases:

  • Customer complaints or disputes
  • Incomplete service delivery
  • Violation of platform policies
  • Incorrect or unverified bank details

9. Refunds & Adjustments

  • If a refund is processed, the payout amount may be adjusted
  • Platform commission may be non-refundable after confirmation
  • Refunds are processed via original payment method

10. Taxes & Compliance

  • Partners are responsible for their own tax compliance
  • TDS or GST deductions may apply as per Indian law
  • Payout statements may be provided for records

11. No Government or Forest Department Involvement

  • No tie-up with National Parks
  • No agreement with Forest Departments
  • Platform does not issue permits or passes
