Once approved, your tours will go live on our platform. Customers can instantly view, compare, and book your services online. We charge a 20% commission on every successful booking made through our platform. You will receive real-time booking notifications through email and WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions

We charge a flat 20% platform commission on the total booking value of every successful tour or safari completed through our website. The remaining 80% belongs entirely to you.

All cleared partner payouts are aggregated and automatically released on the 5th of every subsequent month directly to your registered bank account or withdrawal method.

To give you flexibility, we allow 2 FREE cancellations per calendar month for operational emergencies. However, from the 3rd cancellation onward in the same month, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from the booking value before your payout.

Once a customer makes a booking on GetYourJungleTrip.com, you must confirm the booking and secure the forest department permit within 12 to 24 hours. Since Corbett permits fill up instantly, failure to respond or confirm within this timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of the booking to protect the customer experience.

If your vehicle, guide, or staff fails to arrive at the meeting point without prior notice, the full booking amount will be refunded to the customer from your balance, and you may be charged a penalty of up to 25% for customer inconvenience. Repeated no-shows will lead to account suspension.

All safaris on our platform are sold on a "Zone Subject to Availability" basis. As a partner, you are responsible for booking the best available government permit. You must share the allocated zone and gate details with the customer/platform at least 24 to 48 hours before the safari.

If a safari is cancelled directly by the government/forest department (due to heavy rain, VIP movement, or zone closure), no penalties will apply to you. You just need to provide official proof or notification from the gate, and any government-issued refunds must be passed back to the customer.

Once your Partner Account is approved by our admin team, you will get access to your personal Vendor Dashboard. From there, you can easily add your pricing, available slots, inclusions, and safari descriptions.
